Ideal for packaging yarns and knit products, KURARAY VINYLON FILM boasts excellent oil and chemical resistance, with minimal changes caused by oils or chemicals.
Free from antioxidants (such as BHT), it prevents yellowing of textile products due to reactions with nitrogen oxides (NOx).
The film is highly tear-resistant and durable, with excellent moisture permeability to suppress condensation and reduce mold growth—making it an ideal packaging material for protecting textile product quality.

Poval, the raw material for KURARAY VINYLON FILM, is an extremely low-toxicity resin composed of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, and contains no chlorine, nitrogen, sulfur, or other toxic elements. Therefore, even when incinerated, this material generates very little SOx (sulfur oxides), which cause dioxin and acid rain, and has a low environmental impact.
In addition, no hazardous substances are used in the manufacturing process. Water is used as a solvent in the production of the film, and no chlorofluorocarbons or organic solvents are used in the clean process.
