Seed Tape Film
Applications
Seed Tape
Water-soluble Poval film is slit into strips, and seeds (such as vegetable seeds) are attached at regular intervals, then processed into a paper-like tape.
This enables efficient sowing at uniform intervals.
Three Reasons to Choose Us
1. Easy Sowing at Proper Intervals
Seed tape made of KURARAY POVAL FILM water-soluble type allows for easy sowing by simply burying the tape with seeds in the field.
Since seeds are placed at regular intervals, thinning after germination is greatly reduced, contributing to more efficient farming operations.
2. User-Friendly and Environmentally Friendly
KURARAY POVAL FILM water-soluble type dissolves easily in water after sowing, eliminating the need for post-processing and improving work efficiency. The film is highly flexible and easy to process.
The raw material, Poval, is a biodegradable resin that, after dissolving in water, is decomposed into water and carbon dioxide by certain microorganisms.
This sustainable material helps reduce environmental impact.
